THE GUN DEBATE            and                21^st CENTURY SLAVERY

 

·        Choose ONE article (total) from the two magazines.

·        Read it

·        Understand it

·        Get prepared to summarize the article

·        Get prepared to answer some basic questions

You won’t have the magazine articles nor notes with you during the oral.

Evaluation:

           

·        Content of the message            (50 pts)

o   Discuss the topic by expressing relevant ideas and elaborating on them (details, answers…)

·        Fluency   (25 pts)

o   Speak with ease when interacting

o   It’s NOT something you should learn by heart!!!

·        Accuracy  (25 pts)

o   When interacting, express messages that are clear and contain few errors
